The Maintenance Associate is responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and functional environment for residents, staff, and visitors by performing routine maintenance, repairs, and facility upkeep throughout the building and grounds.

Payrate $18-$20/hour Direct Deposit Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Paid Time Off Holiday Pay 401K Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the facility Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situations Maintain resident rooms, offices, common areas, and building equipment Assist with plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, and minor HVAC repairs Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and document completed work Ensure facility grounds are clean, safe, and well maintained Move furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed Follow all safety regulations, infection control standards, and facility policies Assist with snow removal, trash disposal, and general building upkeep Report major repair needs or safety concerns to the Maintenance Director Qualifications Previous maintenance experience preferred, preferably in a healthcare or skilled nursing setting High School Diploma or equivalent Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems Ability to use maintenance tools and equipment safely Strong problem-solving and communication skillsSimilar remote jobs
