Travel to two sites: 1262 W Boston Post Rd, Larchmont, NY 10538 1789 Central Park Ave, Yonkers, NY 10701

• Must have a valid/clean driver's license and reliable transportation

• Monday
• Saturday 6:00 AM
• 2:30 PM

OVERTIME POSSIBLE!

Compensation:

The rate for this position will vary and will be commensurate with experience

• Must be able to work in all weather conditions

Porter/Janitor Job Tasks:

Walk the entire centers to check for debris/hazards Clean/empty trash receptacles Wipe window sills along all store fronts Broom sweep and pick up debris

• sidewalk area, parking lot, back of center around dumpster Spot clean any spills on sidewalk and dirty areas with mop and bucket Remove any flyers/posters attached to the building, signage or light poles Remove/report bulk trash Identify and report liabilities and hazards Complete daily checklist Emergency response Communicate with staff regarding any on-site issues Work all year / All Seasons / Outdoors Must be comfortable working in all weather type Clear communications skills Ability to work without close supervision once directed on task.

Obeys and follows all safety rules on the job site and encourages others to do the same Maintains a good relationship with co-workers and works well with others to accomplish a task Positive and productive attitude and good communication skills Ability to work in a team environment Driving in a company work vehicle from site to site Walk the entire site and check for debris and hazards

Qualifications:
