Overview We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Cleaning Crew Members to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, ensuring our clients receive the exceptional service they expect. This position offers flexible scheduling options, including weekday daytime hours and value work-life balance. We are based in Minerva Ohio, and this opportunity is located outside of Hanoverton. The business is pleasant to work at, the people are friendly and the environment is easy to work in. We have flexible hours, a $100 sign on bonus, we work no weekends, holidays or nights and have an excellent team that loves working together. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal Restock supplies and ensure all cleaning tools are maintained in good condition Follow specific cleaning protocols tailored to each client's needs and preferences Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors promptly Maintain a professional appearance and friendly attitude when interacting with clients and team members Adhere to health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment Complete cleaning check lists Experience Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning is required; training will be provided Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Good physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks Reliable transportation and a drivers license Join us at House Cleaning Genie and become part of a team that values excellence, positivity, and growth! Pay:

$15.75 - $16.50 per hour
