Professional Cleaner (Detail-Focused)

Overview:

We're looking for an experienced Professional Cleaner to join our team of cleaners who genuinely take pride in their work and treat every home like it's the only one that matters. We send jobs based on your availability, you do the job right, and you get paid well for it. Our team is known for the kind of attention to detail that clients notice immediately, the baseboards everyone else skips, the little things that make a space feel truly clean. If you take that same pride in your work, we'd love to have you join us. Applicants who already work as a team of 2-3 (friends, family, or established cleaning partners) are welcome to apply together. If you and your regular cleaning partner(s) are looking for steady, reliable work, we'd love to hear from you. We treat our cleaners with respect and aim to build long-term working relationships. Serving Beachwood, South Euclid, Pepper Pike, Solon, and surrounding areas.

Pay:

Expected earnings ~$20-$35/hr depending on job size and efficiency. You keep 100% of tips. Higher earning potential on larger jobs, and we recognize cleaners whose attention to detail consistently earns great client feedback.

Responsibilities:

Clean residential/commercial spaces to a high standard, matching the level of care our team is known for Perform tasks like dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing with care and consistency Follow cleaning checklists and safety protocols, while using your experience to spot things the checklist might miss Communicate with clients and report any issues If applying as a team, coordinate smoothly with your teammates to complete jobs efficiently and to a consistent standard

Requirements:

3+ years of professional cleaning experience, with a track record of strong client feedback Ability to legally work in the U.S. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and tools, and an eye for the finishing touches Reliable transportation and good time management Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks Willingness to undergo a background check Smartphone with data (for photos and app use, including before/after pictures via ScheduleDrop) Must have own cleaning supplies and equipment Must be responsive and communicate clearly Must be consistent, thorough, and genuinely detail-oriented, the kind of person who can't walk past a smudge without wiping it
