Custodial Supervisor Siffrin | Full-Time | Facilities & Janitorial Leadership Siffrin is seeking a dependable, motivated Custodial Supervisor to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment while supporting our mission of serving individuals with disabilities. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for candidates with experience in: Custodial Services Janitorial Management Building Maintenance Floor Care & Carpet Cleaning Facilities Operations Commercial Cleaning Responsibilities Supervise and perform daily cleaning for a multi-floor facility Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, trash removal, and restroom sanitation Perform floor maintenance and carpet spotting Maintain cleaning supplies and janitorial equipment Set up meeting rooms and event spaces Provide on-call support to residential group homes as needed Promote a positive, professional, and inclusive environment Qualifications Previous custodial, janitorial, or facilities experience preferred Supervisory or team lead experience a plus Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout shift Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation required Strong attention to detail and reliability Why Join Siffrin?
