Job Description
Full-Time | Monday-Friday | No Nights or Weekends Blue Lake Cleaning is growing, and we're looking for a motivated Carpet Cleaning Technician to join our team. If you enjoy hands-on work, helping customers, and being part of a positive team environment, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Clean residential and commercial carpet, upholstery, and area rugs Set up and operate professional cleaning equipment Perform pre-inspections and explain services to customers Move furniture (Up to 50lbs) as needed Maintain company vehicles and equipment Complete job notes and photos using company software Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every job What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work throughout the day Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable transportation to and from work Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Experience Carpet cleaning experience preferred but not required IICRC certification is a plus •We are willing to train the right candidate•What We Offer Competitive pay with advancement opportunities Paid training Company-provided uniforms Supportive team environment Monday-Friday schedule No evenings, weekends, or on-call requirements About Blue Lake Cleaning Blue Lake Cleaning is a local, family-owned company serving Northeast Ohio.
