Conduct janitorial tasks such as trash removal, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting to ensure hygiene standards are met. Utilize custodial experience to operate cleaning equipment like vacuums, mops, and specialized tools effectively. Assist with specialized cleaning projects as needed. Maintain safety protocols during all cleaning activities and report any maintenance issues or hazards promptly. Follow established procedures for cleaning schedules and quality standards to deliver consistent results. Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, custodial services, or related fields preferred. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail with a focus on health and safety regulations. Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
