About The Role:
Custodians will maintain a premier educational facility where your work truly makes a difference. Every classroom, hallway and common space you care for helps create an environment where students, staff and visitors can thrive.
Custodians Will:
Clean and sanitize classrooms, offices, conference rooms, hallways, restrooms, cafeterias, gyms, locker rooms, and common areas. Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and disinfect all assigned areas. Empty trash and recycling containers and replace liners. Clean windows, glass, entrances, and high-touch surfaces. Restock restroom and kitchen supplies, including soap, paper towels, and toilet tissue. Perform routine floor care including buffing, stripping, waxing, burnishing, and carpet cleaning as needed. Set up and tear down tables, chairs, and equipment for meetings, school functions, and special events. Assist with seasonal cleaning projects and deep-cleaning assignments. Report maintenance, safety, or security concerns promptly to leadership. Custodial equipment is safely operated, including floor scrubbers, buffers, vacuums, extractors, and other cleaning equipment. Maintain cleaning equipment and custodial closets in a clean and organized manner. Follow OSHA, customer, and Perfection Group safety policies and procedures. Represent Perfection Group professionally while providing exceptional customer service. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required. 3-5+ years of commercial, industrial, educational, or facilities maintenance experience preferred. Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record. Strong troubleshooting, customer service, communication, and organizational skills. Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a criminal background check and any customer-required pre-employment screenings.
