In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of residential properties. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and outdoor spaces as needed Execute specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care, laundry, and sanitation to meet high standards of hygiene Handle manual tasks involving heavy lifting and outdoor work with safety and efficiency Manage housekeeping responsibilities by organizing supplies, maintaining equipment, and ensuring proper storage Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their specific cleaning needs Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment Assist with janitorial duties and custodial tasks across various residential settings as required Qualifications Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial services; hotel or commercial cleaning experience is a plus Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation, and laundry processes Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and outdoor work activities Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently and complete assignments promptly Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Familiarity with housekeeper management practices is advantageous Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform outdoor work for extended periods Join us in creating pristine homes that bring joy and comfort to our clients!
