Exterior Cleaning Experience Highly Recommended Potentially looking for Operations Manager Field Technician Job Overview We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Window and Gutter Cleaners to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that windows are cleaned to the highest standards, enhancing the appearance of both residential and commercial properties. This role requires a commitment to safety and quality, as well as the ability to work independently or as part of a team and communicate with residential and commercial customers Operation Manager Job Overview Would be responsible for making sure all trucks are stocked and supplied with the proper equipment, making sure daily routes for each crew are on schedule and making sure customers are kept up to date on arrival time. Need to be able to handle customer service situations, make up any work that is missed at a job or needs to be redone, keep trucks and warehouse organized and equipment properly stocked. Also responsible for purchasing all job related supplies and equipment. Would still work part time (10-20 hours weekly) as a field tech to ensure a full-time schedule and compensation Field Technician Pay Employees start at 15% commission when working in crew of 2 or 30% when working solo. After working for 1-2 months, commission is increased to 17.5% for 2 man crews and 35% for solo. Our company averages $65

- Base pay of $250 a week
