NextLevel Detailing, a growing player in the Ohio private aviation service industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team of Detailers. As a Detailer, you will play a pivotal role with the main job function of fulfilling Facility FBO (Fixed Base Operator) duties at the BKL private airport and assist in aircraft detailing as the location expands services. This is primarily a janitorial position to upkeep and maintain the BKL Lakefront hangar facility, more aircraft detailing work may be available to applicants after required training. Weekend and midday-afternoon availability is required.

Key Responsibilities:

FBO Detailing Duty:

Maintaining the BKL hangar facility (FBO) is the top priority of all NextLevel Detailing employees, complete all FBO duties, ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of the facility. Monthly, weekly, and daily cleanings are to be conducted regularly as scheduled, and closing FBO duty tasks are to be completed nightly.

Safety:

Complete all assigned work in a safe and professional manner. Follow your SOP for best practices, and always ask your supervisor if you are unsure about any process. No horseplay and cutting-corners will be tolerated.

Qualifications:

Cleaning/Detailing Experience:

While not required, prior auto-detailing, commercial/residential cleaning, or related industry experience is preferred.

Basic Aircraft Knowledge:

While comprehensive training will be provided, a basic understanding or interest in aircraft operations is preferred as we service the private aviation industry.

Fitness:

Must be able to walk the entire hangar facility multiple times a shift (multiple miles of walking) and able to lift 50lbs.

Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to achieving high standards of cleanliness and quality in every task.

Quality Oriented:

Reliable Transportation:

Driving, a valid driver's license, and a reliable form of transportation is a requirement of this position.

Education:

Possess a high school degree or equivalent.

Criminal Background:

No felonies on record and ability to pass a 10yr Federal Background Check.

Compensation :

After training, pay begins at $20/hour with the ability to earn Aircraft Bonuses on top of your hourly rate for aircraft detailing services completed during your shift. Bonuses are contingent on training, sign-off ability, and customer satisfaction. Travel and training may be required NextLevel Detailing headquarters in Columbus.
