• (1099 Independent Contractor) Seeking an independent cleaner to maintain our indoor mausoleums.

Enjoy flexible weekly scheduling to set your own hours (8-10 hours/week) Monday through Friday only, during mausoleum hours. Primary responsibilities include sweeping, vacuuming, dusting furniture, window washing, and flower care. All core cleaning supplies are provided for this $15/hour role. Job Overview We are looking for a dedicated and respectful Independent Cleaner to join our team. In this role, you will focus strictly on maintaining the pristine and peaceful environment inside our indoor mausoleum facilities. As a 1099 Contractor , you will enjoy the freedom of managing your own daily schedule, with the ability to set your preferred hours.

Key Responsibilities Facility Maintenance:

Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors when needed inside the buildings.

Crypt-Front and Niche-Front Care:

Gently clean marble crypt fronts as well as glass and marble niche fronts.

Furniture Care:

Dust and clean any indoor seating, tables, or display furniture as required.

Flower & Vase Care:

Empty vases when flowers are dead, and thoroughly wash out the vases.

Glass Cleaning:

Wash windows and glass entry doors to keep them streak-free.

Trash Management:

Empty trash cans when necessary.

Supply Management:

Organize and maintain provided cleaning supplies; notify management when reordering is necessary.

Schedule & Location Location:

Brooklyn Heights Cemetery, Cleveland, OH Hours:

Approximately 8 to 10 hours per week. Work Hours on

Your Schedule:

Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Flexibility & Consistency:

You make your own hours within the Monday through Friday, 8 AM

• 5 PM window, but you must work relatively the same schedule each week to ensure regular, reliable upkeep.

Compensation & Employment Type Rate:

$15.00/hour

Employment Type:

1099 Independent Contractor Qualifications Prior professional, residential, or commercial cleaning experience is highly preferred. Must be respectful, quiet, and mindful of the solemnity and peacefulness of the mausoleum environment. Must have reliable transportation to and from the location (a driver's license is not required). Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Background Check Policy:

A standard background check is required. Certain historical offenses may be considered on a case-by-case basis when accompanied by a letter of explanation. However, any history involving violent, sexual, or theft offenses will result in immediate disqualification.
