Job Overview We are seeking energetic and dedicated Construction and Cleaning professionals to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the safety, cleanliness, and overall upkeep of construction sites and commercial facilities. Your proactive approach will ensure that work environments are safe, organized, and compliant with industry standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-quality construction projects while ensuring the cleanliness and safety of work areas. Duties Operate ladders safely to access elevated work areas and perform cleaning or maintenance tasks Conduct thorough cleaning of construction sites, including debris removal, surface cleaning, and waste disposal Handle manual tasks such as lifting heavy materials, moving equipment, and organizing supplies with proper technique Perform industrial cleaning duties using specialized equipment to maintain hygiene standards in commercial spaces Engage in outdoor work activities, including sweeping, pressure washing, and outdoor debris clearance Use fire extinguishers effectively during safety drills or emergencies to ensure site safety Buff floors and maintain cleanliness in both indoor and outdoor environments to uphold professional standards Skills Proficiency in ladder use for accessing high or hard-to-reach areas safely Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques suitable for industrial and commercial settings Ability to perform manual handling tasks with proper ergonomic practices to prevent injury Experience with industrial cleaning equipment and methods for large-scale cleaning projects Capability to lift heavy objects safely and efficiently during daily tasks Skilled in floor buffing machines to achieve a polished, professional finish Prior outdoor work experience demonstrating adaptability and resilience in various weather conditions Familiarity with fire safety procedures, including the use of fire extinguishers in emergency situations Join us if you're ready to bring energy, precision, and a proactive attitude to a vital role that keeps construction sites safe, clean, and efficient.
