Job Position Description:

This position is responsible for creating clean and healthy environment for our customer's building and grounds by performing the following duties and responsibilities. Monday thru Friday, 1:30-9:30 p.m. or 2-10 p.m. Duties include but not limited to: Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools and procedures Sweeping, mopping, trash removal, restroom cleaning, interior windows, dusting, break rooms, etc Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment Use Tennant ride on and walk behind floor machines to clean plant floor Daily and weekly maintenance of Tennant ride on and walk behind

Physical Demands and Qualifications:

Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reaching Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 25lbs. Will provide on the job training to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn. The ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job is a must.
