Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner to join our dynamic cleaning team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of various commercial spaces, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff alike. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to maintain pristine surfaces Clean carpets using specialized equipment to remove stains, dirt, and allergens effectively Restock supplies including paper towels, soap dispensers, and trash bags to ensure continuous availability Follow safety procedures and use environmentally friendly cleaning products to promote sustainability Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning tasks for prompt resolution Maintain detailed logs of cleaning activities and ensure all areas meet established cleanliness standards Requirements Proven experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services preferred Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, and sealing floors Familiarity with carpet cleaning equipment and methods Ability to operate cleaning machinery safely and efficiently Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Join us if you're passionate about creating clean, safe environments!
