Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic cleaning team as a Cleaning Crew Member and be a vital part of maintaining a safe, spotless, and welcoming environment. This energetic role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to the cleanliness and hygiene standards of our facilities, ensuring a positive experience for everyone who enters. Whether you're experienced or new to cleaning roles, your dedication will make a meaningful difference every day. This position is full time and the hours are Monday through Friday, 830AM to 500PM. We work in crews, and provide everything needed including transportation. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common spaces, following established protocols. Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces to uphold high cleanliness standards. Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure availability at all times. Dispose of trash and recycling materials responsibly while maintaining waste management procedures. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure swift resolution. Adhere to health and safety guidelines to create a safe working environment for yourself and others. Collaborate with team members to complete daily cleaning schedules efficiently and effectively. Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods throughout the shift. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality cleanliness standards. Good communication skills for effective teamwork and reporting. Reliable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Prior cleaning experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for those eager to learn.
