Minutemen Staffing, is looking for an experienced Janitorial. Gahanna 43230, 2nd shift 3pm-12am Monday-Friday $18 We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitorial / Sanitation Technician with experience in food manufacturing environments or healthcare facilities . This role is responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in compliance with industry regulations. Key Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of floors, walls, equipment, and high-touch surfaces Follow strict sanitation protocols aligned with food safety standards (e.g., HACCP) or healthcare regulations (e.g., infection control procedures) Safely use and handle cleaning chemicals and sanitation equipment Disassemble, clean, and reassemble equipment (in food production settings) Dispose of waste, including biohazard materials (in healthcare settings), according to guidelines Maintain cleaning logs and documentation for compliance inspections Identify and report maintenance or safety issues promptly Adhere to PPE requirements and workplace safety procedures Required Qualifications Previous janitorial, custodial, or sanitation experience in food manufacturing or hospital/healthcare environments Knowledge of sanitation standards, including cross-contamination prevention Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25-50 lbs Strong attention to detail and reliability Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with
