Apartment Turnover Cleaning Technician

Job Description We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Apartment Turnover Cleaning Technician . This position is responsible for performing deep cleaning of vacant apartment units to prepare for the next tenant. If you take pride in making spaces look spotless and "move-in ready," this is the opportunity! Key Responsibilities Deep clean kitchens including cabinets (inside and outside), countertops, sink, faucet, stove, refrigerator, and rangehood Clean all windows, frames, doors, molding, wood trim, ceiling fans, air vents, light fixtures, switches, and garage door opener buttons Thoroughly clean bathrooms including toilets, sinks, tubs, cabinets, and exhaust fans Clean laundry areas including water heater, furnace, and all connected pipes and tubing Vacuum, sweep, mop, and thoroughly clean all floors (including glue removal if new flooring was installed) Report any broken items, damage, or maintenance issues to the manager Requirements Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods Previous cleaning experience preferred but not required - full training provided Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols effectively What We Offer Local work at same properties Flexible scheduling around move-outs Direct deposit week after work performed All chemicals and supplies needed to perform the work If you take pride in making apartments look spotless and move-in ready, we want to hear from you!
