Full Job Description Now Hiring:
Experienced Air Duct Cleaning Technician We are a growing, professional cleaning and restoration company seeking an experienced Air Duct Cleaning Technician who takes pride in quality workmanship and excellent customer service. If you have solid experience cleaning HVAC systems and would like to expand into carpet cleaning and water damage restoration, this is an opportunity to grow your career with a stable, reputable company. What You'll Do Perform full-system residential and commercial air duct cleaning Operate negative air machines, agitation tools, and HEPA filtration systems Clean registers vents, and dryer vents Maintain clean, organized job sites Communicate clearly with customers about scope and results Assist with carpet cleaning and water damage mitigation jobs when needed (training to be provided to earn more income.) What We're Looking For Minimum 2+ years air duct cleaning experience (Required) Experience in carpet cleaning or water damage restoration (Preferred) Knowledge of HVAC systems and airflow principles NADCA certification (Preferred but not required) IICRC certifications (WRT or CCT) a plus but not needed Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, and confined areas Professional appearance and strong customer service skills What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Performance bonuses & upselling incentives Overtime opportunities Paid training and certification support Advancement opportunities into lead technician or restoration roles Stable, year-round work Why Join Us?
