Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable Janitor/Cleaner to join our dynamic facilities team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across our commercial or residential facilities. Your energy and attention to detail will ensure that all spaces are hygienic, well-organized, and visually appealing. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with janitorial, custodial, or industrial cleaning experience to contribute to a positive atmosphere for staff, clients, and visitors alike. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to maintain a pristine appearance Handle trash removal and recycling duties efficiently to uphold sanitation standards Maintain cleanliness of windows, glass surfaces, and fixtures to ensure clarity and shine Follow safety procedures during cleaning operations to prevent accidents or injuries Assist with industrial cleaning projects or specialized custodial tasks when required Qualifications Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings Knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and proper use of cleaning equipment Ability to operate buffing machines and perform detailed cleaning tasks efficiently Strong attention to detail with a focus on hygiene and safety standards Excellent time management skills to complete daily duties within scheduled hours Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Basic understanding of facilities maintenance and industrial cleaning practices is preferred Join us in creating clean, safe spaces where people feel comfortable and cared for!
