Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common areas using appropriate cleaning techniques and supplies Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, buffing, and polishing to ensure spotless surfaces Handle light maintenance tasks including minor repairs, touch-up painting, and replacing fixtures as needed to uphold property standards Maintain high standards of janitorial and custodial services by disinfecting surfaces, emptying trash bins, and replenishing supplies regularly Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to ensure a secure working environment for yourself and residents Utilize industrial cleaning equipment efficiently for deep cleans or specialized tasks in residential settings Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide personalized service Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience in residential or commercial settings is highly preferred Experience with floor care techniques such as buffing, stripping, or polishing is advantageous Knowledge of industrial cleaning methods and facilities maintenance practices is a plus Previous work involving residential painting or light repairs will be considered an asset Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards Strong attention to detail combined with excellent time management skills ensures efficient completion of tasks Join us in creating clean, comfortable homes where clients feel valued and cared for!
