Custodian

Seeking full-time or part-time Custodian in Kent, Streetsboro, Kent, Aurora, Twinsburg, Hudson, Green, Akron areas. Sanitary Solutions LLC is a family-owned business founded in Northeast Ohio in 2023 . We care about our environment, employees and customers, so we strive to use bio-based cleaning chemicals that offer a pleasant smell. We offer the following cleaning services: Office cleaning Restaurant cleaning Residential cleaning (including post-construction and move-out cleans) Industrial and manufacturing facility cleaning Window cleaning Stripping & waxing

Requirements:

Must have smart phone w/ cell service & non slip shoes Must have license & reliable transportation and be willing to travel up to 30 minutes to or from work or between jobsites. Must have some weekend availability Must have early morning availability (5 or 6am start time) Must be willing to work in bar/restaurant environment Must have physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) Must have strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning preferred Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and floor care procedures preferred Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively Good communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors

Custodian Job Duties:

Clean and maintain designated areas, including kitchens, restrooms, and common areas Follow cleaning schedules and ensure all areas are cleaned according to established standards Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies to complete assigned tasks Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in designated areas Perform floor care duties, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when supplies need to be replenished Adhere to safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment when necessary
