Duties include indoor and outdoor work, not limited to washing and cleaning desks, tables, chairs, cabinets, inside windows, white boards, walls, baseboards, doors, and moving boxes. There is a minimum expectation that the employee can lift and carry 30lbs. It is anticipated that employees will be scheduled to work from 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch. However, hours are subject to change. The Director of Buildings and Grounds is open to discussing individual needs for flexible shifts and hours . There is no guarantee of a predetermined schedule or number of hours. The district intends on employing individuals to serve on a crew in any district building. Priority will be given to current employees of the district currently serving in 9- or 10-month positions or candidates that have previous, successful experience.
