The Custodial Technician is generally responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of building, including employee break and production areas. Interacts with all internal Departments and external Contractors, Vendors, Auditors, and Customers.

2-2-3 schedule from 5pm-5:30am DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Clean, dust, and wipe furniture. Sweep, mop, or vacuum floors and stairs. Empty/clean wastebaskets, trash containers, and cigarette urns. Refill restroom dispensers. Wash accessible interior and exterior windows. Clean and sanitize restrooms & shower rooms using established practices and procedure. Strip, clean, buff and apply floor sealer and floor finish to hard surface floors. Wash walls and equipment, using ladders when required in work assignments. Assist with the movement of furniture, equipment, supplies, and tools on an incidental basis. Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures. Use and maintain assigned power equipment and hand tools, including buffers, auto scrubbers, extractors, high pressure washers, high speed buffers and vacuums, brooms, mops, and squeegees for the cleaning and general maintenance of floors, walls, carpets, furniture, etc. Support and enforce all policies, MANE and governmental, such as OSHA, EPA, and GMP rules, and health and safety regulations and guidelines, etc. Other duties as assigned by management. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred Minimum 1 year of custodial experience with industrial or construction backgrounds preferred. Flavor industry desired. Computer literate.
