Monday -Friday 5:00-10:00 p.m.

Position Purpose:

LCNB National Bank is seeking a seasonal part-time Custodian to join our Facilities Department. This position is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly environment across bank facilities as part of a team. This role ensures all areas, including offices, common spaces, and meeting rooms, are properly cleaned and maintained to support a healthy and professional workplace.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, disinfecting, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces throughout bank facilities Clean and restock restrooms, including replenishing supplies Empty trash and recycling receptacles and ensure proper disposal Monitor and report any maintenance or repair needs (e.g., plumbing, lighting, HVAC issues) Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards Additional duties as assigned Qualifications/Education/Experience High school diploma or GED equivalent (required) Commercial cleaning experience (preferred)

Desired Competencies/Skills :

Prior custodial or janitorial experience (preferred) Ability to operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning chemicals safely Strong accuracy and attention to detail Ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently Effective time management and ability to manage multiple priorities Service-focused mindset

Working Conditions:

Exposure to various cleaning chemicals • Stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Frequent reaching and stooping; may occur throughout each shift Ability to lift up to 75 pounds intermittently Pushing manual machinery (up to 30 pounds) This position requires working indoors and occasionally outdoors Gloves and masks provided •Material Safety Data Sheets available upon request
