Job Title:

Janitorial Cleaner We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitorial Cleaner to join our maintenance team. This role is essential for maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment for our facilities. Please review the specific grooming and safety requirements before applying.

Job Details Compensation:

$17.00 per hour

Schedule Options:

4:30pm - 1:00am 7:00am - 3:30pm

Key Responsibilities General Cleaning:

Sweep, mop, and vacuum. Dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment.

Sanitization:

Clean and stock restrooms and breakrooms using industrial-grade cleaning chemicals.

Waste Management:

Empty trash bins and ensure recyclables are disposed of properly.

Facility Safety:

Identify and report any maintenance needs or safety hazards to management.

Outdoor Maintenance:

(If applicable) Keep building entrances clear of debris. Job Requirements & Qualifications To ensure safety and compliance with our site regulations, all candidates must meet the following criteria:

Driving:

Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Grooming Standards:

For safety/PPE fitting reasons, candidates must be clean-shaven . No beards or goatees are permitted. A neatly trimmed mustache is acceptable.

Safety Gear:

Must provide and wear steel-toed boots at all times while on duty.

Drug Screening:

Must pass a pre-employment drug test.

Compliance:

This position is subject to DISA compliance and random monthly drug testing . Physical Demands Ability to stand and walk for the duration of an 8-hour shift. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive motion.
