Part-time Night Janitor (Weekends Required)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Janitor to join our team. As a Janitor, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our facilities. This is an important role in ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for our employees and visitors.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, Lobby, Pool area and other common areas
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies
• Perform floor care tasks such as mopping, and sweeping.
• Washing, Drying and Folding Laundry
• Follow all safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate department
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Skills:

• Previous experience as a janitor or in a similar role preferred
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require bending, lifting, and standing for long periods of time
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment
