In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across our property. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will ensure that all spaces are hygienic, well-kept, and inviting for employees, clients, and visitors alike. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with janitorial, custodial, or facilities maintenance experience to showcase their skills and contribute to a positive environment. Duties Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors Clean interior and exterior windows and doors. Event Set up and Tear down of tables and chairs Empty trash receptacles and take hoppers to outside dumpster Report any maintenance issues to management Watering of plants. Restock supplies such as paper towels and soap Deep Cleaning of walls, floors, light fixtures, baseboards. Clean and sanitize bathrooms Dust and wipe down surfaces Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services with a strong understanding of commercial and residential cleaning standards Strong attention to detail with high standards for cleanliness. Ability to work independently Ability to lift 70 lbs. Operating and maintenance of vacuum, steam cleaner, power washer and leaf blower Physical stamina to meet the demands of the job Excellent time management skills Ability to show up on time every day and be a self starter Work hours are either Tuesday-Thursday 8 am -3 pm or Friday-Sunday 9 am - 4 pm. Required to work Holidays only if the restaurant or buffet service are open (ex. Thanksgiving and Easter buffet).
