Roles Clean interior and exterior windows and glass for residential homes Deliver superior results for customers Ensure customer satisfaction with every job Represent Soap and Water professionally at all times Teamwork with crew leader and fellow technicians Responsibilities Drive company truck and arrive on-time to job sites Deliver efficient, high-quality results Report issues to Crew Leader Ensure that your team has the proper supplies and equipment each day Be equipped and prepared to deliver excellent results for customers Follow documented procedures Respond professionally to homeowner requests and feedback Exhibit utmost care with furnishings when working inside client homes Experience & Qualifications Excellent eyesight Ability to pass a drug screen and DMV records check Direct customer service experience Respectful of customer and company property Pleasant, customer-facing personality Experience driving a vehicle with a hitch / trailer Precision and carefulness Attention to detail Orderliness and organizational skills Top-notch communication skills
