Overview Edge Green Cleaning is hiring a Residential Cleaning Assistant in Columbus, Ohio . We offer flexible daytime work Monday-Friday, 9am-3pm . No evenings, weekends, or holidays required. This is residential house cleaning only . We do normal, routine cleaning — no bio-hazard, hoarding, trauma, or industrial cleaning . Position Summary Join our dynamic team as a Residential Cleaning Assistant / House Cleaner, where your energy, reliability, and attention to detail help create clean, welcoming homes for our clients across the Columbus, OH area. This role offers variety in your day —you'll assist with multiple residential cleaning tasks instead of cleaning the same space all shift. Your work helps ensure homes are safe, sanitary, and inviting while maintaining high standards of professional housekeeping and customer care. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning and management of residential homes with an itemized checklist on a dedicated app Manage laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing residents' clothing and linens Load/unload dishwasher to ensure clean kitchen standards Light organizing tasks Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, carpet cleaning, and floor care to ensure a pristine appearance Uphold high standards of cleanliness by sanitizing bathrooms, kitchens, and other high-touch surfaces regularly Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents' requests promptly and professionally Follow safety protocols with our green cleaning non-toxic products responsibly to ensure a safe environment Skills Great position for moms needing work during school hours or flex summer schedules, Those with prior care experience, or college students Home management skills preferred but not required.
