Maintenance/Porter

The Maintenance Technician Day Porter completes assigned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance repairs such as changing light bulbs, custodial, event set up and tear downs, moving furniture, going to different locations The pay listed is the pay range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

For information about ABM's benefits, visit ABM Team Member Benefits | Front Line Team Members | Programa de Beneficios de ABM Previous maintenance or cleaning experience required Ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail Dependable and punctual Perform light cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal in parking garages and lots Maintain cleanliness of stairwells, elevators, entryways, and walkways Empty trash and recycling receptacles and replace liners Perform basic maintenance tasks such as wiping down surfaces, removing debris, and reporting damages or safety hazards Assist with pressure washing or hosing down areas as needed Ensure all areas meet cleanliness and safety standards at all times Follow all safety procedures and company policies Communicate any maintenance issues, spills, or hazards to supervision promptly Provide friendly and professional service when interacting with customers or team members
