To learn more about our company, please visit our website at www.kutol.com Currently we have an opening for a cleaning pro to help maintain our facility. You will be responsible for ensuring high hygienic standards, managing janitorial inventory, and performing both routine and heavy-duty cleaning tasks to provide a clean, safe, and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities Daily Custodial Duties:

Empty trash bins, replace liners, and vacuum, sweep, or mop floors in all designated areas.

Sanitization:

Deep clean and restock restrooms, locker rooms, and break rooms. Disinfect shared high-touch surfaces (tables, door handles, light switches) and dust in offices and conference rooms.

Specialty Cleaning:

Wash windows and glass throughout the facility. Perform periodic heavy cleaning such as shampooing/stripping floors and washing walls.

Chemical Safety:

Safely manage, store, and apply cleaning chemicals according to Safety Data Sheets (SDS).

Inventory & Maintenance:

Track janitorial supply levels and report safety hazards or maintenance needs to supervisors.

Facility Logistics:

Organize special events/room setups and assist with locking/unlocking the facility for outside contractors.

Leadership:

Train fellow custodial staff on proper and safe janitorial procedures. Requirements Qualifications & Requirements Proven experience as a custodian, janitor, or housekeeper. Strong working knowledge of safe chemical handling and SDS guidelines. Physical stamina to stand for long periods, perform heavy lifting, and execute physical cleaning tasks. Strong organizational skills and ability to train others. Ability to work independently and adhere strictly to facility safety protocols. Benefits This position works a 5 day work week beginning on Sunday night, shift hours are from 11:00pm - 7:00am, with overtime as needed. A performance and compensation review will be made after three months of employment, again on your one year anniversary, and annually thereafter. Starting pay is $17/hour plus $1.00/shift differential with a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, paid time off and much more.
