What You'll Do Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the restaurant interior and exterior Complete daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning and maintenance tasks accurately and on time Help maintain landscaping, sidewalks, and parking lot appearance, including snow removal when needed Put away food deliveries accurately and safely Rotate inventory using the FIFO (First In, First Out) method Monitor shelf life and product code dates Support organization and cleanliness of coolers, freezers, and storage areas Perform basic preventative maintenance and minor repairs when needed Safely operate and maintain restaurant equipment Help ensure our team has a clean, safe, and organized environment to work in every day What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and reliability Self-motivated and able to work independently Positive attitude and team-first mindset Pride in keeping things clean, organized, and running smoothly Strong time management and attention to detail Dependable attendance Good communication skills Ability to stay active and work in a fast-paced environment Someone who lives our standard of being "hard on standards, easy on people" Schedule Availability Weekday availability Weekend availability Day and evening shifts available Occasional overtime opportunities
