Handle custodial tasks including trash removal, dusting, window cleaning, and sanitizing high-touch surfaces to uphold health standards. Maintain equipment and supplies inventory; restock cleaning products as needed to ensure seamless operations. Follow safety protocols diligently during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health regulations. Assist with light maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or reporting larger issues for prompt resolution. Support industrial or specialized cleaning projects when required, utilizing appropriate tools and techniques for each environment. Skills Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures and safety standards. Familiarity with floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, sealing, and polishing floors to achieve professional finishes. Knowledge of custodial practices for maintaining cleanliness in high-traffic or industrial environments. Ability to operate various cleaning equipment safely and efficiently. Experience in facilities maintenance or porter roles is advantageous for handling diverse responsibilities. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting heavy objects, and performing repetitive tasks over extended periods.
