Church Custodian Living Vine Community Church Stow, OH Job Details Part-time $12 - $14 an hour 1 hour ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Space planning Administrative experience QuickBooks Front desk Cleaning Typing Productivity software Office management Full Job Description Character and Experience A person of character and able to function and participate in a Christian environment Comfortable acknowledging and working through conflict A person who takes action, solves problems and gets things done Someone whose life is characterized by setting goals and accomplishing them Hard-working, well-organized, and detail-oriented, but know how to laugh & have a good time A team player no matter what and you work well with all kinds of people Able to work within the Core Values of Stow Alliance Fellowship Knowledgable and experienced in housekeeping, cleaning, and stain management and have at least 1 year of related experience Able to affirm and support the C&MA statements of faith and practice Able to physically perform the duties detailed below Able to pass an Ohio FBIBCI background check Areas of Responsibility Assist the Facilities Manager by cleaning and monitoring all areas of the facility to ensure that it is presentable for all services and activities. Maintain a guest friendly level of cleanliness for the entire facility. The building should always feel like we were ready for company and be kept clean and ready Be responsible for the cleaning of the building from ceiling to floor Collect and remove trash weekly Assist in setups and take-downs as needed Stock restrooms and kitchen paper products/supplies as needed Change light bulbs and other basic maintenance items as needed Note and report any facility maintenance or repair needs to the Facilities Manager Assist the Facilities Manager as directed, or as assigned
