Call or text us to apply 4407316079 We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented cleaner to maintain the common areas of our apartment buildings and assist with apartment clean-outs as scheduled. This position offers a flexible schedule and consistent weekly work. Primary Responsibilities - Building Cleaning Clean 7 apartment buildings per week (out of 14 total buildings) Each building takes approximately 1 hour Tasks include: Vacuuming staircases and entryways Wiping down glass doors and windows Dusting railings Removing spills or splatters from walls Removing cobwebs Pay $15 per building (flat rate) Smaller buildings may take less time but are paid at the same rate All cleaning equipment is provided Schedule Very flexible schedule Buildings may be cleaned any day of the week All 7 buildings must be completed by Friday before 7:00 PM Additional Work - Apartment Clean-Outs Up to 4 additional hours per week may be available Clean-outs are scheduled weekly and must be completed on the assigned day Flat-rate pay per apartment, based on unit size
