Job Summary:

As a Janitor at Ram Precision Industries, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our facilities. Your role is essential in creating a safe and tidy environment for our employees and visitors. You will perform routine cleaning tasks, ensuring that all areas are hygienic and presentable.

Key Responsibilities:

Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors throughout the facility. Clean and disinfect restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas. Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste. Perform regular maintenance on equipment and supplies used for cleaning. Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desk areas, windowsills, and ledges. Restock supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap in restrooms and breakrooms. Assist in setting up and cleaning for company events or meetings as needed. Report any maintenance or safety issues to the Plant Manager. Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Collaborate with other team members to improve overall cleanliness and organization.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in janitorial or custodial services is preferred. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and bending. Why Join Us?
