Green & Lake Township Areas (Akron/Canton Region) Golden Standard Enterprises - 4.5 Uniontown, OH Job Details Contract $1,800 - $2,800 a month 2 days ago Qualifications House cleaning assistance Schedule management Residential housekeeping Attention to detail Commercial cleaning Full Job Description Golden Standard Enterprises is looking for independent cleaning contractors with post-construction cleaning experience to service newly built homes for Pulte Homes in the Green and Lake Township areas of Summit and Portage County. This is not standard residential cleaning. Each home requires multiple cleaning phases from rough clean through final clean. You need to know the process, work through it systematically, and deliver a finished product that meets new construction standards. If that describes your background, we want to hear from you. What the work looks like Post-construction cleaning of newly built single-family homes for Pulte Homes Each home involves multiple cleaning phases; you own the process start to finish Approximately 4-5 completions per month across two communities Pay ranges from $525 to $565 per home completion Model suite cleans available at $93 per clean, twice per month Work is project-based with advance scheduling Communities you will service Jacob's Ridge (Green, OH 44685) off Boettler Road Glen Meadows (Lake Township, OH 44685) near Edison St and Mogadore Ave NW What we are looking for Post-construction cleaning experience required. Strong residential or commercial cleaning backgrounds will be considered if the candidate presents well Located near Green, Lake Township, Uniontown, or Hartville Reliable transportation and your own cleaning supplies and equipment Detail-oriented, self-directed, and able to manage a multi-phase clean without supervision Responds to communication promptly and shows up when scheduled The arrangement This is an independent contractor (1099) opportunity. You operate as your own business and manage your work within the project schedule.
