Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Custodian to join our team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of our resort facilities. Your efforts will ensure that every guest experiences a spotless, welcoming environment that upholds our high standards of quality and hospitality. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities using appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to keep surfaces immaculate Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, lobbies, hallways, and other common areas in accordance with health and safety standards Assist with custodial duties related to industrial cleaning and facilities maintenance as needed Support residential painting projects and minor repairs to uphold the resort's aesthetic appeal Operate cleaning machinery safely and efficiently, including buffers and floor scrubbers Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked, organized, and used responsibly Requirements Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, sealing, and waxing Experience with industrial cleaning processes and facilities maintenance tasks Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to cleanliness standards Excellent time management skills to prioritize daily tasks effectively Join us and work in a luxurious atmosphere while creating an inviting environment where guests feel comfortable and cared for!
