Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor with a focus on bathroom cleaning to ensure a clean, sanitary, and welcoming environment. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of restroom facilities, adhering to health and safety standards, and supporting overall facility upkeep. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help create a safe and comfortable space for staff, visitors, and clients alike. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of bathroom facilities, including sinks, toilets, urinals, mirrors, and floors. Restock supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap dispensers, and other hygiene products regularly. Disinfect high-touch surfaces to prevent the spread of germs and maintain sanitation standards. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and buff floors in bathrooms and surrounding areas to ensure cleanliness and safety. Report any maintenance issues or damages in restroom facilities to the appropriate personnel promptly. Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations. Maintain detailed logs of cleaning activities and supply inventory for accountability. Qualifications Proven experience in janitorial or custodial work, particularly with bathroom cleaning. Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques including floor care, buffing, and disinfecting procedures. Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, vacuums, mops, and related tools. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene standards. Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks that require standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment for extended periods.
