Join MV Maintenance Co LLC as a Commercial Janitorial Technician in Youngstown, OH, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining clean and safe environments. Responsibilities:
Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and dusting. Ensure restrooms are clean, stocked, and well-maintained. Dispose of trash and waste in a timely and efficient manner. Maintain cleaning equipment and report any malfunctions. Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Assist with special cleaning projects as needed. Communicate effectively with team members and management. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements:
Previous experience in janitorial or custodial services preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Must have own transportation. Excellent communication skills. Must be able to pass a background check.
