Responsibilities Perform comprehensive residential cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization to ensure homes are spotless and hygienic Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing clothes and linens with care and efficiency Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting kitchens, bathrooms, and other high-touch areas regularly Execute specialized floor care procedures including carpet cleaning, polishing hardwood floors, and managing other flooring needs Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning preferences and needs Use janitorial and custodial equipment safely and effectively to deliver thorough cleaning results Manage time efficiently to complete scheduled appointments while maintaining quality standards Experience Prior experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping management is highly desirable Familiarity with commercial cleaning techniques and hotel housekeeping practices is a plus.
