Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential, commercial, or hospitality spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization. Maintain cleanliness of floors through appropriate care techniques such as carpet cleaning and floor polishing. Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing. Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed to uphold health standards in all areas. Assist with janitorial tasks such as waste disposal, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleaning equipment. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs professionally and courteously. Support housekeeping management in coordinating cleaning schedules and special projects as required. Requirements Proven experience in custodial work, residential cleaning, or commercial cleaning environments. Knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation procedures. Experience with laundry operations and hotel housekeeping is advantageous. Familiarity with janitorial equipment and cleaning products. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Previous experience in hospitality or housekeeper management is a plus.
