Overview Join our dynamic team as a Part Time Facilities Power Washer and play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our facilities. You'll be responsible for ensuring all exterior surfaces, equipment, and designated areas are spotless, helping us uphold high standards of hygiene and presentation. Duties Operate power washing equipment safely and effectively to clean building exteriors, walkways, loading docks, and other designated areas Prepare surfaces for cleaning by removing debris or obstacles to ensure optimal results Follow established safety protocols and use personal protective equipment at all times during operation Inspect work areas before and after cleaning to ensure quality standards are met Maintain the power washing equipment by performing routine checks and reporting any issues promptly Collaborate with maintenance or facilities teams to address specific cleaning needs or repairs Keep detailed records of completed tasks and areas cleaned to support facility management documentation Requirements Prior experience with power washing or similar cleaning equipment is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided Ability to operate heavy-duty cleaning machinery safely and responsibly Strong attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality of work Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods during shifts Excellent safety awareness and adherence to safety guidelines at all times Reliable transportation to arrive promptly for scheduled shifts Ability to work independently while following instructions precisely Embark on a role that energizes your workday by keeping our facilities pristine!
