LEAD CLEANING TECHNICIAN - RESIDENTIAL & COMMERCIAL CLEANING

Earl Deans Home Services is hiring a dependable and experienced Lead Cleaning Technician to help grow our fast-growing cleaning company serving Lawton, Duncan, and surrounding areas. This is NOT an entry-level cleaning position. We are looking for someone with previous cleaning leadership or management experience who can lead jobs, maintain quality standards, and help train others as we grow. This position will

START PART-TIME

Residential cleaning Commercial cleaning Move-out cleaning Deep cleaning Carpet cleaning Interior window cleaning

Requirements:

Previous cleaning management or lead technician experience

REQUIRED

Reliable personal vehicle

REQUIRED

Must be willing to travel up to 50 miles for jobs Valid driver's license Professional appearance and communication Comfortable working independently and leading jobs Must be dependable and detail-oriented Ability to lift equipment and perform physical work throughout the day

Preferred Experience:

Carpet cleaning Window cleaning Team leadership Customer service Move-out/deep clean experience
