Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated Residential Cleaner to join our team and help maintain the cleanliness and comfort of our clients' homes. This role involves performing a variety of cleaning tasks with attention to detail, ensuring high standards of sanitation and organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential cleaning and possess strong customer service skills to provide a positive experience for clients. Prior experience in janitorial, custodial, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning is highly valued. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your efforts directly contribute to client satisfaction and home hygiene. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness throughout all assigned areas Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively Assist with basic household chores such as cooking and organizing when needed Provide excellent customer service by respecting clients' privacy and preferences Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly maintained Follow safety protocols related to sanitation and equipment use Experience Prior experience in residential cleaning or janitorial services is preferred Experience with floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation techniques is advantageous Background in hotel housekeeping management or commercial cleaning is a plus Skills in laundry management and general custodial tasks are desirable Customer service experience helps ensure positive interactions with clients Candidates with experience in cooking or house management will be considered valuable assets This role requires attention to detail, reliability, and a professional attitude to deliver exceptional cleaning services that meet client expectations.
