Job Overview As a member of our Peak Jani-King EVS team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented professional who can communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for our employees and visitors. Responsibilities Perform commercial cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal. Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas. Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors. Restock supplies as needed. Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines (training provided). Report maintenance issues promptly. Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

Experience & Requirements Bilingual Proficiency:

Must be fluent in both English and Spanish. Previous custodial or janitorial experience is preferred. Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques is a plus. Ability to work independently and efficiently. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects.
