Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Contractor Cleaning Technician to join our team in Oklahoma City. This is a flexible contractor position where you set your own availability and work schedule. As a Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, ensuring customer satisfaction with every job.

Responsibilities:

Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces. Ensure all areas are cleaned to the highest standards. Maintain a professional and clean appearance at all times. Use your own cleaning supplies to complete tasks. Adhere to non-medical drug/alcohol policies while on job sites. Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. Communicate effectively with clients to address their needs and concerns. Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:

Must have 2+ years of experience in cleaning or a related field. Must pass a background check. Detail-oriented and reliable. Punctual and able to manage time effectively. Strong focus on customer satisfaction. Must have your own cleaning supplies. Reliable transportation to travel to various job sites within the greater OKC metro area. Good communication skills. Ability to use a smartphone or tablet for scheduling and communication. Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods. Must be able to obtain liability insurance

Safety Protocols:

Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves and masks when necessary. Proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals to prevent accidents. Regular hand washing and use of hand sanitizers. Adherence to all health and safety guidelines provided by the company and local authorities. Immediate reporting of any safety hazards or incidents to the appropriate personnel.

Training Provided:

Comprehensive training on cleaning techniques and best practices. Instruction on the proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and supplies. Ongoing support and guidance to help you succeed in your role.

Compensation:

Minimum per job: $25/hr. Can increase per job based on performance and incentives. Earn more with booking and performance bonuses. Weekly pay. •
