Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Janitorial Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations and manage janitorial staff within our diverse portfolio of commercial properties. POSITION!

Duties Supervise daily janitorial activities across multiple sites, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety protocols. Coordinate cleaning schedules and assign tasks efficiently to maximize productivity. Train, mentor, and evaluate janitorial staff to promote high performance and professional growth. Monitor cleaning supplies inventory and manage procurement to ensure operational continuity. Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify areas for improvement or immediate attention. Enforce compliance with health regulations, safety procedures, and company policies. Collaborate with facility managers and clients to address specific cleaning or maintenance requests. Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service within hospitality or hotel environments. Prepare reports on operational performance, staffing needs, and supply usage for management review. Qualifications Proven supervising or management experience within custodial or janitorial services. Extensive janitorial experience, including commercial cleaning, laundry, or hospitality environments. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities effectively. Knowledge of cleaning techniques, safety standards, and equipment operation. Experience in hotel or hospitality housekeeping management is a plus. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in quality control. Ability to communicate clearly with team members, clients, and vendors. Familiarity with inventory management and basic administrative tasks related to facility operations.
