Part-time Job Summary:

Nascence Group, LLC is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Custodians/Janitors to perform custodial services at U.S. Army Reserve facilities in Oklahoma. The selected candidates will be responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe environment in accordance with federal contract requirements, Service Contract Labor Standards, and company quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general cleaning of offices, restrooms, common areas, floors, and entrances Empty trash, restock supplies, and maintain cleaning equipment and storage areas Clean glass, furniture, surfaces, stairwells, and elevators Assist with periodic deep cleaning such as carpet cleaning, floor care, and high dusting Follow safety procedures and report maintenance or supply issues Complete cleaning logs and service documentation as required

Qualifications:

Prior custodial or janitorial experience preferred but not required Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail, reliability, and consistency in performance Ability to perform physical duties including standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting up to 30 pounds, and repetitive cleaning motions Must be authorized to work in the United States Must be able to comply with site access, identification, and security requirements for federal facilities Nascence Group, LLC is an equal opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal labor laws and regulations.
